Once you have booked your date, we will send you a questionnaire with a few questions about your event, one of which will cover what games you want and the ones you don't.
We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Cash
A parking space that has enough room for our setup. The bus is 20' long and 8' wide, and our outside inflatable suites are 8.5 x 8.5 feet. We will coordinate parking requirements once you have booked your event. There may be occasions when we will need to plug-in a standard extension cord.
We will arrive with enough time prior to your event's scheduled time to setup. Your guests will be allowed to start playing as soon as we are ready to go, even if it is a bit before the scheduled start time. In most cases, we are required to start the clock at the time your event is scheduled, even if guests have not arrived. This is due to our crews often being scheduled for multiple events in one day and we must stay on schedule to not be late to our next event.
Both are great options and this depends on the experience you are trying to achieve. Our bus is equipped with surround sound, LED lights, and creates a Game Room environment. The on-site setup is more economical and creates an arcade-like environment depending on how many game stations you request.
While people of all ages are welcome to play, children under 7 years of age must have a parent or guardian present at all times. Our crew members will monitor and assist players who are 7+.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we gather from you to book your event only. We do not share, sell, or trade your information.
Given that most events are scheduled months in advance, should you need to cancel yours, we ask that you do so as far in advance as possible. Your deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 20 days or more ahead of your scheduled event. Cancellations of 19 days or less will cause your deposit to become non-refundable.
We are always happy to reschedule your event, based on our availability at the time you reschedule. Please note that rescheduled events do not qualify for our deposit refund policy.
We strive to provide a safe and clean environment for you and your guests to play in. Our bus is equipped with state of the art surveillance systems and all of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each event. All players are required to use hand sanitizer before they assume a game station and we recommend they sanitize after as well.
Our team will take wide angle photos and videos of all our events for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include a livestream through our social media channels. Photos and videos will never include location of the event, identifying factors of our clients, or close-up photos of any guest. Upon your request, we will blur out faces of your guests prior to posting the content we collect. If you do not wish to have your event live-streamed, please let us know at the time of booking.
Gaming gets exciting and competitive. As such, the likelihood of spills and damage is high, and that is why we do not allow food or drinks to be consumed in and around our equipment.
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or to end an on-going event early if we observe behavior we deem to be dangerous or pose a threat to our staff, guests, and equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, extreme intoxication, aggressive language or behavior, harassment of any kind, observed or suspected illegal activities, etc. If we are forced to cancel your event, you will still be responsible for any outstanding balance and no refunds will be issued.
Should any of our equipment be damaged or destroyed as a result of yours or your guests' negligent or careless behavior, we reserve the right to charge the credit card we have on file for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or destroyed equipment.
Our promise to you is that we will arrive to your event ahead of the scheduled time to allow for set-up and preparation. However, should a situation arise that is out of our control, such as but not limited to, mechanical issues, major disasters, whether it be natural or man-made, severe weather that makes it unsafe for our team to travel, etc., we pledge to refund you your deposit and will give you a 25% off coupon to book with us again.
Booking your event with us constitutes your understanding and agreement to these policies.
