Please note that booking a reservation with us represents your acceptance of all our policies listed within each respective section.

Our universal policies, covered in detail in each section below, are as follows::

• Our standard service radius is 25 miles around Fontana. Anything outside of that incurs a distance fee determined by the number of miles outside of that 25 miles.
• We reserve the right to stop service if we deem the safety or security of our staff is at risk. 
• We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair or replacement of any equipment that is damaged or broken due to the negligence of you or any of your guests.
• Your deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel your reservation 19 days or less before your event.
• Refunded deposits are subject to a 3% processing fee.
