Karaoke FAQs

If you don't see an answer to a question you have, please let us know.

What does the MC do?

Our Masters of Ceremonies are trained in leading your guests through song selections and hyping them up to encourage their participation. 

What song selections do you have?

To-date, we have not had one song request we could not fulfill. The perk of selecting our services is that you are able to send us a list of desired songs ahead of time so we can make sure we have it. 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, or Cash

What is required for the karaoke set-up?

A standard electrical outlet and an area that is at least 10x10 

What does the karaoke events include?

Our parties include the speaker, microphones, Lyrics display, and ambient lighting.


POLICIES

If there is a rule or policy you have questions about, please let us know.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we gather from you to book your event only. We do not share, sell, or trade your information.

Standard Service Radius

Our standard service radius is 25 miles around Fontana. Anything outside of that incurs a distance fee determined by the number of miles outside of that 25 miles.

Deposit Refund Policy

Given that most events are scheduled months in advance, should you need to cancel yours, we ask that you do so as far in advance as possible. Your deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel at least 20 days or more ahead of your scheduled event. Cancellations of 19 days or less will cause your deposit to become non-refundable.

Refunded deposits are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Event Rescheduling Policy

We are always happy to reschedule your event, based on our availability at the time you reschedule. Please note that rescheduled events do not qualify for our deposit refund policy. 

Safety and Cleanliness Policy

We strive to provide a safe and clean environment for you and your guests. Our equipment is sanitized after every event and in between singers as needed. 

Photos and Video Policy

Our team will take wide angle photos and videos of all our events for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include a livestream through our social media channels. Photos and videos will never include location of the event, identifying factors of our clients, or close-up photos of any guest. Upon your request, we will blur out faces of your guests prior to posting the content we collect. If you do not wish to have your event live-streamed, please let us know at the time of booking. 

Refusal of Service Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or to end an on-going event early if we observe behavior we deem to be dangerous or pose a threat to our staff, guests, and equipment. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, extreme intoxication, aggressive language or behavior, harassment of any kind, observed or suspected illegal activities, etc. If we are forced to cancel your event, you will still be responsible for any outstanding balance and no refunds will be issued.

Damage and Destruction of Property Policy

Should any of our equipment be damaged or destroyed as a result of your or your guests' negligent or careless behavior, we reserve the right to charge the credit card we have on file for the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or destroyed equipment.

Situations Beyond Our Control Policy

Our promise to you is that we will arrive to your event ahead of the scheduled time to allow for set-up and preparation. However, should a situation arise that is out of our control, such as but not limited to, mechanical issues, major disasters, whether it be natural or man-made, severe weather that makes it unsafe for our team to travel, etc., we pledge to refund you your deposit and will give you a 25% off coupon to book with us again. 

Booking your event with us constitutes your understanding and agreement to these policies.
